To work out better products our customers, Haida imported two salt-bath extrusion lines from France, now they're ready for use.

After extrusion, rubber will be completely submerged in the fluid molten salt.

Depending on the ratio of salt, temperature can be controlled within the range of 230~250℃，rubber absorb heat from salt for vulcanization.

Because it is peroxide vulcanization, the aging resistance and compress set

is better.

And easy for mixing process, will not scorch at early stage.
